First Training Session Completed!!!

ROXY just completed its first week of training for 35 prospective employees of the company. Training was provided by Mr. Oladele , from Nigeria (VP), who is the resident scientist. He is responsible for on site quality control of ROXY's products. Mr. Olatunde Oladele is the Vice president in charge of the Technical Services, which includes Product development, quality control and production management. Mr. Oladele is a Food Chemist and Nutritionist. He holds an M.PHIL in Food Chemistry and MPH in Nutrition from Emory University, Atlanta Georgia. The enthusiastic participants were introduced to many new concepts such as pH balance. At the end of the one week session the CEO Mr. Poyser addressed the participants. He presented the goals and mission of the organization and the commitment of ROXY to the development of the larger Brown's Town community. He was followed by Dr. Morris (SVP) who congratulated the participants for their successful completion of the training. Additionally, he emphasized some of the same themes expressed by the CEO about community development and economic empowerment. A second training session is scheduled prior to the start up of full production. Training was conducted at the local park facilities. See below for snapshots of the class:
